Board of Directors

The Mission of the Board of Directors of Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging, Inc. shall be to promote the establishment of a comprehensive network of service delivery systems and agencies whose function shall be to provide services and assistance to the elderly in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties without regard to race, creed, sex or handicap, by the following means:

  • The regular and ongoing determination of need of the target population
  • The increase of public awareness of the place of the elderly in our society as well as clarification of their needs and contributions
  • The awarding of federal and state funds to local service agencies for the purpose of providing specific services to the target population; and
  • The furtherance of research for the advancement of knowledge and the alleviation of suffering.
